Cancellation & payment policy
How cancelling, billing and payment disputes work, written down plainly.

Cancelling
Send one message — text, email, or from your dashboard — and you're cancelled. It takes effect at the end of the week you've already paid for, so you keep dialing until then and are never charged again.
We'll confirm the same day and tell you the exact end date. We might ask why, once, because we want to fix real problems. That's it — no calls, no counter-offers you didn't ask for.
Refunds
There are none. Every week is billed in advance and stays paid once it starts; cancelling stops the next charge rather than refunding the current one. That is the whole arrangement — a week at a time, nothing owed beyond it.
Payment disputes
If a charge looks wrong, message us before you call your bank — it's faster and we'll fix a real mistake the same day. A chargeback filed with your bank instead closes the account immediately and carries a chargeback fee, which is added to the balance owed.
If your payment fails
Dialing pauses until the payment goes through; your account and data stay exactly as you left them. Update your card from your dashboard and you're back on.
